A letter from Roger Knoebber to his sister Sarah Knoebber, dated 8 October 1996.
Roger starts by discussing his current girlfriend, and his thoughts on sex toys.
He then discusses William S. Burroughs, his appreciation for Naked Lunch and The Western Lands, but his lukewarm experience with My Education. Roger also expresses his strong dislike of Burroughs' visual art.
Roger then discusses art criticism, and mentions that he finished a short biography of Brion Gysin that a Dutch publisher is printing [I'm not certain that this actually occurred].
He then mentions a Gysin exhibition in Saskatchewan in September (1997?) that he hopes to attend; he hopes to visit Sarah then.
The following paragraph is about his parents.
Roger then discusses what aspects of his physical self are doing well, and which are not.
The following paragraph discusses skin-diving and film (including Dead Man with Johnny Depp).
He then concludes the letter.
A copy of this letter is included.
